How to enter


2023 Syllabus:  The syllabus will not be produced in hard copy this year.  There will be a pdf available for download from the website.

The 2023 MiniFest syllabus is live. 

After a call for volunteers we received many offers of support, but no-one available to take over responsibiity for key postitions in the charity.  Consequently only sectionswhich are supported are being run this year.

There are a very few tweaks to the syllabus.  Please read the syllabus carefully, along with the regulations, and make sure you have selected the appropriate class(es) for your age and skill level. 
N.B. Performances which do not meet the correct criteria will receive an adjudication, but will be considered non-competitive.

Please complete the entry with all the details required, in time to meet the closing date, and provide all necessary information (and paperwork if relevant).

Please note: For "X" classes, titles are required with the entry and please provide a photocopy of the work you are performing on the day for all classes apart from those with a set piece. Address below.

Paper entry forms are available by printing the document at the bottom of this page. A current email address is required with a paper entry.  Once completed, these should be sent, with a cheque payment and any copies required, to:

Performing dates/times
Once all entries are processed, performing times and venues are allocated. Ballot slips will be emailed to each entrant around the end of May with details of the performance time and zoom link for the chosen classes.
