How to enter

Due to the current situation, we are exploring possible options for festival week.  It may be postponed, transformed, but hopefully not cancelled altogether.  

Please continue to submit your entries, or email with intended entries, if circumstances permit.  We will get back in touch when we have a revised plan in place.

Please read the syllabus carefully, along with the regulations, and make sure you have selected the appropriate class(es) for your age and skill level. 
N.B. Performances which do not meet the correct criteria will receive an adjudication, but will be considered non-competitive.

lease complete the entry with all the details required, in time to meet the closing date, and provide all necessary information (and paperwork if relevant).

Please note: For "X" classes, titles are required with the entry, and copies on the day for the adjudicator.  For all other classes, titles with the entry and copies on the day are helpful.

Paper entry forms are available by printing the document at the bottom of this page. A current email address is required with a paper entry.  Once completed, these should be sent, with a cheque payment and any copies required, to:

Performing dates/times
Once all entries are processed, performing times and venues are allocated. Ballot slips will be emailed to each entrant around the beginning of May with details of the performance time and venue for the chosen classes.
