Using a Android Device/Phone - Install the Google Drive App if it is not already installed - Go to Google Drive and click the Add (+) button to add a file - Select ‘Scan’ - Take a photo of the document you want to scan - optionally adjust and crop. - Tap ‘Add’ to scan more pages - Tap ‘Done’ to save the final document as a PDF
Using an Apple Device - iPhone / iPad - Open Notes on your iPhone or iPad. - Create a new note by using the btton on the bottom right - Tap the camera button at the bottom of the screen or above the keyboard - Tap Scan Documents. - Line up the document you want to scan and take the photo - Tap ‘Keep Scan’ and then continue to add any further pages - Tap Save when you are finished - Use the Share button at the top right to email the document as a PDF
