Busy week at Festival "HQ". Laptops, ear phones, timetables........and a lot of snacks to get us through.

Each of our 50 sessions needs a "Host" to run the classes held on Zoom. The host allows participants/audience members admission to the session, introduces the classes, and plays each performance/video. If you are able to help out this year, please contact the festival office. Gordon Jack has kindly offered to co-ordinate the hosting timetable. Want to know more before you sign up? PLEASE WRITE THE CLASS CODE ON THE COPY We ask for copies of works performed this year because the adjudicators will be working alone, without a steward, and will have to watch the videos, write up adjudication sheets and may need to refer to the written copy. We are not going to ask them to use a second laptop/table to refer to electronic versions, as we think this is too much when we are asking them to give a "live" adjudication. Unfortunately the festival cannot print off copies which are sent by email, nor can we provide copies if they are not provided by the applicant. Much as we would like to help, we do not have enough volunteers on hand...
